All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", and Auctions Southwest assumes no responsibility for the correct description, dimensions weight, authenticity of or any defects in any lot. The prospective buyer is responsible for determining condition of item for their use before bidding, and Auctions Southwest will answer any questions or provide extra pictures up to TWO DAYS before Timed On-Line Auction starts to close. Items can be examined at our Auction Gallery in Navasota Texas.

PICK UP OF AUCTION "WINS":

All items for local pick-up must be paid for within 72 hours of the buyer receiving an invoice from Auctions Southwest and picked up within FIVE days of making payment. Items being handled by the buyer's freight forwarder must be paid for within 72 hours of receiving invoice from Auctions Southwest and picked up within TEN days of making payment and its clearance. Auctions Southwest will help you with finding a local freight forwarder if you do not have a company you use.

Any items not picked up within TEN Days of payment being made will be charged a storage fee of $5.00 per day per lot. Payment for storage must be made before Items are picked up or released for shipment. Auctions Southwest accepts no responsibility for loss or damage if items are not picked up as specified herein.

BUYER'S PREMIUM & SALES TAX:
All on-line auction sales are subject to a 12% ASW BUYER'S PREMIUM PLUS 5% BUYER'S PREMIUM for Invaluable/auction Zip/eBay, and these will be added to the BUYER'S INVOICE. All purchases at on-line auction are subject to Texas State sales tax for buyers with a Texas address @ 8.25% which will be added to your invoice. Out-of-state buyers and Texas residents with a valid resale certificate on file with Auctions Southwest will be exempt from sales tax.

PAYMENT:
Auction Southwest accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for payment. If you wish to pay by LOC, Bankers Draft or Check, you must make arrangements with Auctions Southwest management in writing.

PACKING & SHIPPING:
Auctions Southwest will determine the method of shipment usually USPS or UPS for shipments of less than 20 lbs unless buyer advises a specific preference. (For any item weighing more than 21 lbs the buyer must make all shipping arrangements or pick-up locally).

The following charges will be added to buyer's invoice:
- Packing charge to cover materials & labor $7.50.
- Actual shipping charges.
- Insurance for item or items with a value over $25.00. If buyer declines insurance Auctions Southwest takes no responsibility for loss or damage.

(For any item weighing more than 21 lbs the buyer must make all shipping arrangements or pick-up locally).

WITHDRAWAL OF AUCTION ITEMS:
Auctions Southwest reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time during the auction without giving a reason or explanation.

POST AUCTION BIDDING:
Post auction bids may be submitted but there is no guarantee that any bid will be accepted. All terms and Conditions as outlined above will be used and all selling parties will be entitled to their fees as outlined above.
