All lots are as is, and or what is visible in the pictures accompanying the lot, unless otherwise specified in the description. There are no returns after 7 days of receiving said lots, after which only an item of equal and or lesser value may be asked for in return of being instructed by us to return the item in question at which point we will inspect the item and upon discovering that it is indeed not in line with the photos or description provided in the auction we will grant the winner of said lot(s) the ability to swap items. Otherwise all sales are final. We check all lots prior to placing them in an auction insuring that all components are in working order and available for shipping upon auction's conclusion. If you have any questions about a lot please ask prior to auction's start in order to insure that you fully understand the item's origins and authenticity prior to bidding, we do not grant refunds on accidental bids unless you have spoken to a representative and given permission for said refund.
Bidders your cards may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent if you still have not paid in full. Buyers please include an accepted credit card for online payments.

This auction has a tiered premium ranging from 15% to 10% depending on the amount each bidder has spent in total in the auction please refer to the chart we have created above.

All items and lots will be charged a shipping and handling fee based on the buyers location and or where they would like their lot(s) shipped after the auction's closing.
We also insure all shipped packages and use USPS as a standard for shipping both domestically and internationally unless asked to do otherwise. We will, if asked, use any shipping service a client or customer prefers upon being asked or requested immediately after the auction. Every individual item won will be charged a 1 dollar handling fee whether it's a car or a book equally. This allows us to clean, appraise, authenticate and physically check each item to make sure

Taxes will be based on Californian and or Utah State Taxes Depending on the item you won and or lots location at the time of purchase thus ranging from 8.5% to 9.5%.
