Fifteenth Century Italian Ornament Chiefly Taken from Brocades and Stuffs Found in Pictures in the National Gallery, London With 30 color lithographed plates, mostly printed in one or two colors. (Folio) 20x13 1/4, plates loose inside publisher's original decorative boards, stamped in black. Beautiful ornamental designs found in the British National Gallery. Subscriber's list includes C.D. Crace, Walter Crane, Christopher Dresser, Charles Eastlake, E. Burne-Jones, Sir Frederick Leighton, Henry Jarvis, Maw & Company, William Morris, R. Norman Shaw, and others.

Boards detached, most of spine exterior lacking but still attached to rear cover, soiling and edge wear; chipping and tears to plate edges (affecting mostly just the margins), images bright and clean; else fair to good overall.
