Hello, everyone, welcome to Quan Rong Gallery. We guarantee each piece of art crafts in our store is unique, and is made by hand with authentic materials.
Payment is due in 7 days after the ending of sale. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until payment clears. We only accept the bank wire transfer for any payment of more than $2,000.
Oversea Duty
The responsibility of import duty or other extra oversea custom charges goes to the international bidder.
Condition of Sale
The following Conditions of Sale and Terms of Guarantee are Quan Rong Gallery's entire agreement with the purchaser relative to the property listed in our store. By participating in any sale, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions.?
We have exercised reasonable care to describe correctly the property to be sold, but we do not warrant the correctness of authorship, period, source, origin, authenticity, measurement, or condition of said property. No statements shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability with respect thereto, but are to be construed as opinions only. Buyers are encouraged to personally examine all property to be sold and to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. As a service to prospective purchasers, we may note the physical condition of certain items. However, the fact that damages, repairs, restorations or other defects are described for certain items, does not mean that all defects to such items are described or that similar conditions do not exist with respect to other items although not noted. Such descriptions are not intended to negate the conditions of sale included in our store.
Withdrawal
We reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
Bidding
We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. Your bid is a legally binding contract. We require the purchaser to remit the purchase price.?
Sales Tax
All purchases are subject to the New Jersey sales tax (currently 7%) unless the purchaser possesses a New Jersey sales tax exemption or resale number and registers that number with the company or has purchases shipped out of state.
Returning & Refunding
Our store only accept return from the domestic buyers in the United States. We accept no return from the international buyers. After receiving this item, the purchaser has 7 days for inspection. The purchaser pays for all shipping fees and will be charged 10% processing fee. After receiving the returned item and making sure it is still intact and salable, we will refund the purchaser the reasonable amount of money.
BUYERS PREMIUM
A 19.8% buyers premium (GST inclusive where applicable) shall be payable on top of the hammer price of any and all winning bids. Invaluable bidders will pay a total buyers premium of 22.8%
TAXES - GST
All lots are sold on a GST inclusive basis where applicable.
CONDITION REPORTS
All lots are open for inspection prior to sale and are sold with all faults if any. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Davidson Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement in our catalogues or any other document, statement or representation does not imply that the lot is in good condition. No error or misdescription shall invalidate the sale, and the buyer is bound to take delivery of the goods without allowance or reduction in price.
All goods are at the buyer's risk at the fall of the hammer. All due care shall be taken by the auctioneer and his employees but the auctioneer is not accountable for any damage or loss which may arise after the fall of the hammer.
PAYMENT
All goods must be paid for within 3 working days of receiving an invoice.
All lots purchased by the buyer must be paid for before delivery is made of any one or more lots.
We accept cash, credit cards (entirely at our discretion & with proofs of identity and other bona fidaes having been presented by the purchaser) (NB. AMEX payment incurs a 2% surcharge, Visa & Mastercard 1% surcharge), EFTPOS, & direct bank deposit (wire transfer). Acceptance of personal and company cheques shall be entirely at the auctioneer's discretion, and by prior arrangement only. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of any lot or lots subject to clearance of moneys paid by the buyer.

SHIPPING
Davidson Auctions will be engaging a third party packer for this auction. Whilst all reasonable care will be taken, such packing, handling and shipping is at the sole risk of the purchaser. Davidson Auctions shall not have liability for any loss or damage to such items. The buyer shall pay in advance all packaging expenses including packing materials, labour, postage, and insurance costs if available. We reserve the right to refuse shipping of certain items.
All special shipping arrangements and payment for shipping should be made directly with the buyer's shipper of choice. When using a third party to ship, the buyer must organise their own cartage and packing of the goods. No carrier may collect any goods prior to payment of the invoice in its entirety. The buyer is wholly responsible for any damage to property, or injury to persons incurred during the removal or handling of any lot or lots purchased, including any damage or injury caused by the buyer's agents or employees.
