Provenance: acquired directly from the artist by the current owner mounted in a glazed black wooden frame attached to the mount board on all edges with masking tape inscribed in pencil on the reverse in African Script and ''Flower of a weeping heart/ to the memory of the dead of Biafran War'' grubby on the reverse edges of the mount have acidified early signs of foxing within the margin of the collage some edges of the paper collage are not stuck down, however, this may be the intension of the artist slight ruckling of the image where is has been stuck down in areas to create the college overall good condition
