Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Simon Parr's auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they can not return any item they purchase.

Simon Parr's auctions are providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any kind of claim against Simon Parr's auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Simon Parr's auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.

Simon Parr's auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalogue items in this auction before the start of the auction.

In the event that the buyer of any lot fails to pay the purchase price thereof when due, I have the option, at my sole discretion, to (a) enforce payment by civil action or other proceedings against the buyer; (b) void the sale as if said sale had not occurred Simon Parr's auctions reserves the right to require payment in full of the sales price ("Hammer Price")within 72 hours of a successful bid.

VAT is payable on the buyer's premium only.

A storage charge of £3.50 per lot per day will be levied against lots won and payable from the buyer for items that haven't been paid for after 72 hours.

Invoices will be emailed to the email address registered with Invaluable.
Payment shall be via wire transfer and cheque in GBP only. Lots paid for via cheque will only be released after 5 days of successful clearing of a cheque and after postage is paid.

POSTAGE, PERSONAL DELIVERY (WITHIN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND), AND STORAGE

Simon Parr's auctions offers IN-HOUSE shipping. All property is to be packed, shipped or transported at the risk and expense of the Purchaser. A copy of the postage receipt and insurance is available upon request, and will include a fee for packaging determined by Simon Parr's auctions to cover the cost of packing and labour. Simon Parr's auctions accept buyers arrangements of third party shippers however a charge will still be levied for packing and labour costs.

A £35 standard fee will be applied to any buyers in the North East of England who would like to take advantage of a personal delivery of all lots delivered to their address that is registered with Invaluable. This includes items being checked off with the buyer.
