Male: 73 cm., 28 3/4 in.
Female: 71 cm., 28 in.
Columns: 118 cm., 46 1/2 in.
In 1835 Ryley exhibited five marble busts at the Royal Academy. Although all of these were male sitters, it is possible that the present bust of a gentleman may be identifiable with either Ryley's bust of Daniel White Harvey, M.P., William Frend, or Dr. Bowring, M.P.
