In good untouched condition, painted on original canvas, apparently unsigned but with artists label on the back, title inscribed on stretcher as well as artists name and date 1928, together with New Grafton Gallery label, dated 1977 and furthermore A Royal Academy Exhibition label on the side of the frame. Frame is almost certainly the original dark grey moulded scroll type with minor chipping.
