1. The Seller(s) & Auctioneers believe these descriptions to be fair & accurate but they are our opinion and the buyer is relying on their own inspection and not any representation made by the seller or seller's agent. 2. All lots are sold AS-IS with any and all faults. It is the responsibility of the buyer to personally inspect or obtain a condition report to determine condition. Condition reports are given as a courtesy to clients & are only an opinion. The title to the merchandise transfers at knock-down. 3. In case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer will, at his discretion, determine the buyer, or re-open the lot for bidding. The record of sale kept by the clerk at the auction house and the auctioneers will be final in all disputes. 4. All questions & condition report requests on items must be received within 24 hours of the start of the auction. 5. All purchases will be paid prior to shipping. 6. Internet bidders will receive an emailed invoice for the product within 5 days of the auction. Payment cannot be accepted before the sending of these invoices. For this "miniatures" auction, all packing and shipping will be done by the seller, not the Auction house. Buyer will pay packing fee of $5 for the first lot, $2 for each additional lot with a $25 maximum packing fee, plus shipping and insurance costs. The auctioneer assumes no liability on shipped goods. Pick-up is available by appointment either in Ohio at seller's location, or in central Pennsylvania at the auctioneer's location. 7. Payment for the product is due within 4 days of receiving the invoice and shall be made with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Credit cards placed on file may be charged if payment is not received within 4 days of the invoice. 8. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the purchase price of each item purchased. 9. Hassinger & Courtney Auctioneers will not be held responsible for the non-execution of bids. 10. Photographs of all items. submitted by the seller, are available for your examination prior to bidding. Your bidding will signify that you accept the condition as shown in the photograph. All lots in this auction are in the possession of the seller and not available to the auctioneer prior to the sale. Answers to your questions about an item may be delayed while the auctioneer contacts the seller. 11. All sizes listed are approximate. 12.
