Artist's names, signatures do not carry a warranty and are not guaranteed unless Certificate of Authenticity accompanies lot. Provenance will be provided when available but is not guaranteed. ArtAtelier and its representatives do not claim any expertise. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client; it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Frames on artwork are not included as part of purchase unless stated differently. If the buyer never paid we can require the buyer to pay non-payment fees: 25% final price. Buyers are obligated to accept our packing/shipping service. All bids are subject to a non-refundable 5% buyer's premium which shall be added to a successfully placed bid upon the sale of each lot, any applicable local sales tax, and shipping and handling. Any bidder that represents a purchaser is personally and individually responsible for any obligations of the purchaser set forth in these terms and conditions, The successful bidder must pay the total price 4 days after the invoice has been sent.
In the event of a NON PAYING bidder, we reserve the right to send to collection the invoice, in any case, such as this the bidder will be responsible for all legal fees, additional collection fees charged by the collector and the collection agency fees. The agency hired will work diligently to collect all these funds. This may affect your credit rating.
