Inscribed and signed, with a total of three seals of the artists Dedicated to Ju weng Dated finghai year (1947) and yiwei year (1955) NOTE: Juweng refers to a Guangdong painter Ling Juchuan (1886-?), also named Yuantong. He was a juren, and was very fond of painting. He was a student of Monk Xiumei for three months and later studied by himself, learning to paint landscapes, flowers and women. (2)
