BUYER'S PREMIUM

All lots are subject to a 25% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding.

PAYMENT Full payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any unpaid invoice 4 days after the sale.I

INSPECTION Additional photographs of any lot or a virtual inspection of every lot is available and personal inspection at our Providence Rhode Island office on April 24th by appointment. All artworks are kept in temperature-controlled storage.

AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION We won't sell an item if we don't believe it to be authentic and we won't describe an item if we don't believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value.

NO REFUNDS All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding.
