Mat burn, surface dirt, time fading, tear to the left of "L" in Low extending to bottom edge, taped down on the bottom left coner on face, tears in bottom left and righ corners next to adhered tape, old adhesive exsistient along left and right edge of margin, adhered to face mat at top, otherwise appears to be in basic good condition, please see condition photos.

Sheet size: 22 x 31 inches.
