* Cobbett (Hilary Dulcie, 1885-?). Still Life of Canterbury bells, blue delphiniums and stocks in a green vase, c. 1931, watercolour, signed lower left, 46 x 34.5cm (18 x 13.5ins), framed and glazed. Hilary Dulcie Cobbett was the daughter of the painter William Cobbett, and studied at Richmond School of Art. She exhibited regularly at the Royal Academy, Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour and elsewhere. The present work was exhibited at the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour in 1931. (1)
