One originally owned by the Bolton industrialist Benjamin Dobson, was sold by Lawrence Fine Art of Crewkerne, 28th April, 1988 Lot 65. A smaller autograph version is in the City of Manchester Gallery, and another version is in the Astley Cheetham Art Gallery, Stalybridge. A further version is in a private Rotterdam Collection. The subject was engraved by William Giller in 1833
