Lot 26: Chinese Scroll Painting

A 25% Buyers Premium (Invaluable premium included) applies to all lots sold.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute arising, at the auctioneer's discretion, the lot shall be put up again and resold, the auctioneer's decision being final.

All lots are open for inspection prior to the sale, and are sold with all faults, if any - explicitly stated. No error or misdescription shall invalidate the sale and the purchaser is bound to take delivery of the goods without allowance or reduction in price.

The auctioneers reserve the right to accept or refuse any bid or bids without having to state any reason or reasons therefore, and to bid on behalf of the vendor or any prospective buyer with or without disclosure.

All goods lie at the purchasers risk after the fall of the hammer - all due care shall be taken by our staff but we are not accountable for any damage or loss which may arise thereafter.

Upon payment of an invoice, goods may be delivered. All goods must be paid for and picked up by the purchaser or have organized shipping.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the above terms and conditions, any monies paid by the purchaser shall be absolutely forfeited, and the goods may be resold, through auction or by any other means, without notification, at the risk and expense of the former purchaser. The purchaser shall be liable for any loss that may arise on such resale.

In these conditions the words 'Auctioneer' or 'Auctioneers' means Arts Of World Auctioner & Valuer Pty Limited.

Prompt payment for goods by Cash, Credit Card - Mastercard, Visa (1.75% surcharge), Direct Debit (EFTPOS) or Cheque, Overseas cards will incur a 3.5% card charge. Card payments made through Invaluable Auctions will receive a universal 3.5% card charge regardless of location.
All lots purchased are to be paid for before delivery of any one or more lots.

Credit cards may be charged after 4 business days after an invoice has been sent.

Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are happy to organise two quotes at your request. Arts Of World will pack items at your request, which would be sent via Australia Post or your chosen method. While every care is taken, Arts Of World will not accept any responsibilities for any damages. Please note that transit insurance should be taken out by the purchaser.

25% buyers premium is charged in total which includes the invaluable 5%.
Buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges.
