Description

CHINE - XIXe siècle
Encre polychrome sur soie, représentant dame Wenji retournant en Chine (Wenji gui han tu). Dame Wenji se trouvant dans un campement, une servante lui apportant un qin, tandis que se déroule une chasse au petit gibier.
Porte la signature apocryphe de Qian Xuan (1235-1301) et les deux cachets apocryphes "Qian Xuan zhi yin" (sceau de Qian Xuan) et "Shun Ju".
Le titre "Wenji gui han tu" (Wenji retournant en Chine) porte la signature apocryphe de Xiang Lin, (Liang Shizheng) (1697-1763).
La calligraphie porte la signature apocryphe de Qi Junzao (1793-1866).

Piasa does not guarantee when you will receive the refund (the time for banks to process a refund is variable) and should not be liable for any currency cost incurred from such deposit refund.

If you are the purchaser, the amount paid will be forfeited to the seller and / or SVV PIASA as deposit. You will pay the invoice less the deposit already paid. In case of non-payment, the deposit is retained to ensure the fulfillment of the general conditions of sale and in particular in case of "folle enchère" ("false bidding").

ESTIMATES
An estimate in euros of the likely sale price is published after each lot. This is provided for indication only. The hammer price may of course be above or below this estimate.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
The highest and final bidder is deemed to be the purchaser, and must provide his / her name and address. No lot will be transferred to the purchaser before it has been paid for in full. In the event of payment by cheque or bank transfer, property may be withheld until payment has been cleared. Any storage costs that may result are to be paid by the purchaser.
In addition to the amount of the winning bid, the following premium per lot is also due:

In the event of a dispute at the fall of the hammer, i.e. if two or more bidders simultaneously make the same bid, either vocally or by sign, and claim title to the lot after the word « adjugé » has been pronounced, the said lot shall be immediately reoffered for sale, at the price of the final bid, and all those present may take part in the bidding.
Any changes to the conditions of sale or to the descriptions in the catalogue shall be announced verbally during the sale, and appended to the official sale record (procès-verbal).
