陈宗瑞（1910-1985）是新加坡水彩画家，属于新加坡艺术家先驱者，二十世纪之交的新加坡南洋风格的绘画。陈宗瑞1910一1984名楷，字式华，出生于汕头市浦东村的一个商贾之家，他自幼酷爱绘画，每于课余模影自娱。他也是新加坡第一批使用中国水墨绘画技术来呈现当地和东南亚主题风景和比喻画的艺术家之一。
