3. FIREARMS REQUIREMENTS: All firearm sales will be in accordance with federal and state laws. All firearm transfers will be handled by [Rabbit Ridge NC (FFL) and Rabbit Ridge Enterprises (FFL)] Rabbit Ridge. All federal and state laws apply to all firearms sales.
It is the bidder's responsibility to check their local and state regulations before bidding.
There will be a $25.00 transfer fee paid by the buyer to Rabbit Ridge for each gun that has to be transferred off site.
All shipping will be done from Rabbit Ridge Enterprises located at 1251 Rabbit Ridge Road, Ararat VA 24053.
Out of state buyers must have all handguns requiring shipped to their local FFL. The buyer will need to have their FFL contact Rabbit Ridge with shipping info and a signed copy of their FFL. This will apply to all long guns required to be shipped.
Internet and out of state buyers, It is the bidder's responsibility to check their local and state regulations before bidding. Do not bid on prohibited items. If you have questions please contact Rabbit Ridge at 276-251-1178 before bidding. Prior research as to the legality of your purchase may have to be done.

Packing, shipping and insurance are handled by Rabbit Ridge Enterprises. A packing fee of per gun along with USPS shipping fee will be applied to each item. To economize we will pack multiple items together if possible. All items will be shipped by the USPS regulations and the actual cost of shipping will be charged to the buyer. Insurance is at the buyer's discretion. Rabbit Ridge Enterprises is not responsible for lost or damaged products once they ship. All shipping quotes are for shipping within the continental U. S. only. Questions regarding shipping costs, insurance and tracking should be directed to Rabbit Ridge Enterprises @ 276-251-1178. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of payment for shipping.
Billing for transfer fee, packing, shipping and handling will be handled separately by Rabbit Ridge Enterprises.
4. A Buyers premium equal to 15% of the successful bid price will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. Internet bidders will also pay the 3% AuctionZip bidding premium.
5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before actual sale.
6. Unless otherwise announced by the Auctioneer at the time of sale, all bids are per lot as numbered in the catalogue. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder, or to re-offer and re-sell the article in dispute. The Auctioneer reserves the right to acknowledge an auction floor bid before acknowledging an internet regardless of the maximum bid amount provided by the bidder before and/or during the auction.
7. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the sale or any portion thereof without prior or further notice, and to announce at any time additional conditions of sale.
8. Bidding will constitute full acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
9. Acceptable Payment options for online buyers: either Visa or MasterCard.
10. Packing, Shipping and Handling of firearms: Rabbit Ridge Enterprises will ship all firearms items purchased at the Buyers expense using the same payment options of Visa or MasterCard. Buyer is responsible for paying for all packing, shipping and handling cost to Rabbit Ridge Enterprises.
11. Shipment of items other than guns will be by the auction house at the buyers expense.
