All items are sold subject to applicable Federal and State Regulations. All modern guns must be registered. Gun registration is handled by All American Auction. Modern handgun purchasers must be Texas residents at least 21 years of age and must have a government issued photo id (driver's license). Out of state residents must have an FFL or a licensed dealer in their state to receive shipments of handguns. Modern rifle and shotgun purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to purchase firearms. C&R lots will convey to C&R FFL holders per Federal regulations. There will be NO international shipments of firearms (a weapon, esp. a portable gun or pistol, from which a projectile can be discharged by an explosion caused by igniting gunpowder, etc.)!!

Firearms can be picked up at All American Auction, 346 Main, Rosebud, Texas 76570. Shipping Availability: All American Auction provides shipping for firearms (except NRR firearms). The cost is: long guns: $70 for the first long gun; $35 for each additional long gun won. Handguns: $40 for first handgun; $20 for each additional handgun won. Please note: There may be additional fees for insurance and fees charged by the FFL holder that your firearm is shipped to. All American Auction has no control over this possible additional fee. If you bid on a firearm and do not pass the NICS check your credit card will be charged and money will NOT be refunded.
