Bidders agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Midnight Sun Antique Auction Co. is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Midnight Sun Antique Auction Co. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Midnight Sun Antique Auction Co. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction
All items will be sold in order of Lot Number. No Lot Number may be transferred to another Buyer

Bidders are solely responsible for their winning items once the Auctioneer declares them "sold" . If the occasion arises, the Auctioneer may use his/her discretion and "pass" on an item if he/she feels an item has not received an adequate bid. We, as the Agent for the consignors, must also protect their interests. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own property.

Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the Sale or to reject a bid from any source from any bidders at any time.

PAYMENTS: All purchases are to be paid for at the end of the Sale. Online bidders will be charged with credit card on file immediately after the Sale (unless cash or bank Wire Transfer requests are made). Online bidder will be charged for shipping separately on same credit card unless other arrangements have been made. Third Party Buyers will be responsible for payment of total invoice.

We accept Visa / Mastercard / Discover/Amex/cash/bank Wire Transfer. All bidders agree to pay a Buyers' Premium on the hammer price of successful bids. This is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase as follows. There is no extra charge for credit card purchases. Online bidders who are bidding in an online bidding venue will pay 18% Buyer's premium as stipulated in the online terms and total payment will be charged to credit card on file. We will allow 15% Buyer's premium for any invoice sum over $5000 paid with cash or bank wire transfer only. Contact Auction House immediately after auction for any bank wire transfer requests.
SALES TAX: We are required by law to collect California Sales Tax which will be added to the total invoice (as of 1/2/2014 is 9.0 %) unless items are being purchased from out of the State of California. Resale exemption forms must be completed or Seller's permit and number must be submitted while registering or emailed for California residents requesting Sales Tax exemption.
