Both red chalk, within two sets of black ink framing lines;both signed and dated in red chalk (one also with black ink), lower right: Stanley / Inv Roma / 1764, and inscribed with a scale in black ink, lower margin

All with the Heim Gallery, London, from whom purchased.

And four others, including a design by Bouchardon for a wall fountain, possibly for his Fontaine des Quatres-Saisons in Rue de Grenelle, Paris (see also lot 552) and a design for the tomb of a young woman by Jean-Jacques François Le Barbier, signed and dated: Le Barbier L'ainé 1810. One from the collection of Jean-Pierre Cornet, his mark (not in Lugt).
