Smiths reserves the right to charge an account balance to the buyers on file credit card if payment is not received within 7 days or purchase.
If an account exceeds 30 days unpaid, on the 31st day a 2% monthly surcharge will begin to be applied to the outstanding balance with compounding interest.

Purchases can be picked up from our Gallery the following business day after an auction.
It is always best to contact us first at 603-675-2549, to confirm a pick up time.
Please call ahead to confirm a pick up time if you will need assistance with loading your purchases.

Note for Online & Internet Bidders: At times there can be a delay with internet bids, we highly suggest a bidder leave a Back Up Absentee Bid online to assure they do not lose out. These delays can occur for many reasons, ranging from your internet speed and browser to acts of mother nature. Absentee Bid amounts are unknown to the auctioneer and are implemented competitively, only as needed, until the bid exceeds all other bids, or is exhausted and the lot sells above your maximum bid to another bidder.
Please be aware of the potential for being the 'Off Bid': when a lot sells for the amount you have left, but to another buyer. This can and does routinely happen, depending on the sequencing of the bids between the bidders and the auctioneer.

Expediting removal of sold property is essential, Smith's expects all property to be removed within 30 days of the auction date or set up a storage account past 30 days. Any property left past 30 days without the setup of a Smith's storage account will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
