Bryant Baker, British-American, 1881-1970, "Young Lincoln", a bronze sculpture after the lifesize commissioned by Buffalo, NY completed and dedicated in 1935. The original is 6'3" tall. This example is signed and dated 1935, and bears the foundry mark of Roman Bronze Works, Inc, NY. Measures 12 1/4" tall, 9" wide, 7" deep. The base has 2 threaded holes where it was likely attached to a wood, stone, or marble base. No other castings like this are apparent in the auction/internet literature.
