A gelatin silver print press photo, c. 1910, showing Hedin full length with arms folding and wearing a pith helmet with four Tibetans standing at the house entrance near him, negative number 2816(?) in the negative, stamps of George Haeckel to verso with overstampings by Otto Haeckel, typed caption image missing, together with a later head and shoulders portrait of Hedin, c. 1930, the photograph in a fur coat and hat with pince nez taken from another photo with background now removed, typed caption and wetstamp of George Haeckel to verso, both approx. 17 x 12cm.
