בלנקה טאובר (1910-1989), לוט 4 עבודות, פחם על נייר, חתומות ומתוארכות, 1966, 1976, 1978, 1988 + תיקייה עם 4 הדפסי אופסט חתומים ביד + תיקייה עם הדפסים והקדשת האמנית מה 28.5.1958. מידות העבודות הגדולות: 35X50 ס"מ. *בלנקה טאובר - טאובר נולדה בעיירה שומוריה (Somorja) בהונגריה כעבור מספר שנים בתחומי צ'כוסלובקיה (כיום שמורין, Šamorín, בסלובקיה). טאובר הייתה אחת מששת ילדיהם של אהרון הלוי ופייערל ביילע ברטה שהייתה נכדתו של ר' דוד בישיץ גיסו של הגאון בז"ך לבונה. את הכשרתה בציור ואמנויות גרפיות קיבלה באקדמיה לאמנות בפראג ובהשתלמות אצל אנדרה לוט (Lhote) ופרננד לז'ה בפריז שלאחריה שבה לצ'כוסלובקיה. היא הושפעה מסזאן והאקספרסיוניזם.בשנת 1937 ביקרה בארץ ישראל, אך שבה למשפחתה. מאוחר יותר יחד עם משפחתה נשלחה אל מחנה הריכוז וההשמדה אושוויץ; היא שרדה את השואה, אך אביה ואחיה יחיאל לא. לאחר המלחמה חזרה באופן זמני אל ביתה ומשם לבודפשט, אך ברחה בשל האנטישמיות ועלתה לישראל במרץ 1950. בארץ עבדה בבית חרושת לקרמיקה.טאובר הייתה ממייסדי קריית האמנים בצפת וחיה ויצרה בה במשך כ-35 שנה.[1] כמו כן, הייתה חברת אגודת האמנים של צ'כוסלובקיה והונגריה וחברת אגודת הציירים והפסלים בישראל.בראשית יצירתה, טאובר ציירה בעיקר נופים, אך משנת 1970 ואילך התעסקה בעיקר בנושא השואה.טאובר הציגה בתערוכות יחיד רבות, בהן: בשנים 1935–1949 בצ'כוסלובקיה (בערים ברטיסלאבה, ברנו, ניטרה), בווינה ובבודפשט. בשנים 1951–1952 הציגה במוזיאון תל אביב לאמנות.[2] ובשנים 1952–1970 הציגה מספר רב של תערוכות יחיד בגלריות ברחבי ישראל, בהן: בית גורדון ברחובות, בית החלוצות בנתניה, טרקלין בחיפה, בית צבי ברמת גן, יד לבנים בפתח תקווה[3] ו"בית סירינו בגבעת ברנר.בשנים 1956–1966 הציגה בתערוכות יחיד בארצות הברית, במכון הרצל בניו יורק, במרכזי הקהילה היהודית בורצ'סטר, ובבלטימור.יצירותיה נמצאות באוספי המוזיאון העירוני בברטיסלאבה, מוזיאון תל אביב, מוזיאון יד ושם ומוזיאון "ניו קאונטי" בלוס אנג'לס.
