Below are the following terms and conditions for any auction conducted by Elite Auction Co. LLC on any online bidding platform.

1. By registering to bid in this auction you as the bidder/buyer agree to all terms and conditions of Elite Auction Co. LLC

2. All bidding will take place through online , absentee bidding or a live crowd. If you would like to learn more on how to bid online, please visit us at our auction house to set up a time where we can assist you in successfully registering and bidding online.

3. There will be a 15% buyers. premium on all purchases, a 3% surcharge for credit cards and a 6% PA Sales Tax applied to your bill.

4. All items being sold in the online auction are sold as is, where is, without any type of warranty or guarantee of any kind.

5. All sales are final after the auction time is closed and must be paid for in full on the final day of sale. No refunds or returns. Please inquire about items before bidding.

6. Terms of payment should be in cash, credit card (we accept all major credit cards), PayPal, We Pay, or over the phone by credit card.

7. Once you win an item you will be responsible for paying for and picking up those items at the established time/date/location. IF YOU KNOW YOURE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP ITEMS ON THE ESTABLISHED DATE PLEASE DO NOT BID.

8. If a buyer does not pick up any items they will be charged an estimated storage fee (PER DAY) and after 7 days, the merchandise becomes property of Elite Auction Co. LLC. If you abandon your items, you will not receive your money back.

9. Elite Auction Co. LLC makes no claims in grading/ determining authenticity of items. All descriptions given by Elite Auction Co. LLC are accurate but not guaranteed.

10. Elite Auction Co. LLC does not take any responsibility for any damage, accidents or shipping occurrences for items.

11. Elite Auction Co. LLC reserves the full right to reject any bid/bidder solely at their discretion for any reason at any time.

12. Items may be pulled out of the online auction at any time during the auction or before the close of the auction.

13. Elite Auction Co LLC will send every bidder that won an item an invoice to their email that must be paid for within 48 hours after the close of the auction.

14. Any bidder that does not pay for any item will be banned from any future online bidding associated with Elite Auction Co. LLC and will also be reported to the NAA as a nonpaying bidder.

15. If a buyer chooses to have an item shipped all shipping/handling will go directly through Postal Connections of York,PA PHN. (717)718-1773

16. Elite Auction Co.LLC is not responsible for any damage or broken items
caused by the shipping/handling process.

17. If the Auction is being held live/online (webcast) you are bidding against a live crowd. Some lots will take an either shorter/longer amount of time.

18. Any bidder who does not respond to payment invoices will have a dispute opened against them on the liveauctioneers.com website.

19. The auctioneer reserves the full right to deny any bid or bidders.

20. Elite Auction Co. LLC does not handle any shipping for bidders. We do not give shipping quotes or know your shipping bill prior.

Payment must be made within 72 hours after the auction through the various payment methods listed above. If you are late paying for your items your items will be shipped out late.

If you do not choose to pay with the several methods provided (We Pay, Paypal) then you may pay over the phone using a credit card.

All shipping/handling will go directly through Postal Connections of York,PA PHN. (717)718-1773. They will work with you on the most cost effective and safe way to ship your items. Elite Auction Co.LLC does not handle any shipping and we do not know how much items will cost to ship.

There will be a Buyers Premium of 15% to your final hammer price.
Example: TOTAL BILL = $100.00 TOTAL BUYERS PREMIUM = $15.00
TOTAL BILL DUE $115.00

Elite Auction Co. LLC is located in York , Pennsylvania. If you are a PA resident and are not Tax Exempt there will be an additional 6% PA Sales Tax added to your invoice. If you are not a PA resident you WILL NOT be charged sales tax.
