Bill Toma is a well noted Disney designer who has become an internationally known and highly collectible artist.
This particular bronze was the result of the Northridge Earthquake. His original casting was damaged, though he saw the beauty in the ruble. Toma cast a limited run of 36 of these earthquake creations in bronze. This particular example is #14
