Any cars, trucks or equipment over $1,000 must pay by bank wire transfer .
Wake Asset Division may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet but makes no representations. Wake Asset Division will not be responsible for any errors or omissions of item descriptions/estimates. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Wake Asset Division shall have no responsibility for any error or omission.

Buyer is responsible for the removal of all purchases. Comic Book Clearing House does not deliver. Wake Asset Division is not responsible for lost or broken merchandise. Please contact UPS local store to make shipping arrangements. If Buyer elects to have Wake Asset Division package and ship items, shipping will be invoiced at the time of sell with estimated cost. Purchases over 60 comic books may have additional cost due to weight and location of buyer. The buyer will be responsible for any additional cost of shipping beyond the initial estimate. We strive to be accurate , but it is the Post office. Buyer/Bidder will have the option to have the items insured. All damages, lost items are the responsibility of the buyer and thru the insured provider of the postal systems insurance if purchased for the package being shipped. If items are not insured the the buyer assume all liability for lost or damage to comic books.
Vehicle, equipment or comic book, all items over $2,000 will require a $1,000 non refundable payment with 3 days of the close of the auction. Balance must be paid by a wire transfer with payment made with 5 business days.
