By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes.
Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls it sold. B & H Auction holds no liability for any item after is has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibily of the buyer, and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy.
18% Buyer's Premium charged to all online bidders. 13% Buyer's premium charged to live in house bidders if those purchases are paid for by Credit/Debit card, in house bidders buyer's premium will be discounted to 10% if purchases are paid for by cash or authorized check. 15% Buyer's premium charged to telephone and absentee bidders. All purchases made in person must be paid for on day of sale. All online, absentee and phone purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and will be used for payment of invoice. B & H Auction reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared.

All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us.
All items must be picked up at our auction gallery within fourteen (14) days from date of auction. Items not removed within fourteen days will be assessed a $7.00 per item/per day storage fee. Storage fee must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Any items left after thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of B & H Auction with no refunds given. We do not offer shipping, please contact a professional shipping company if those services are required. Shipment and pick up is done at the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, handling, shipping and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up.
