Oil on board, 13 x 18 in. (32.5 x 45.5 cm), framed.
Condition: Curve to support, varnish inconsistencies, surface grime.

N.B. The work is nearly identical to Ballplay of the Dakota on the St. Peters River in Winter of 1848, presently in the collection of the Amon Carter Museum, Fort Worth, Texas.
