Attractive Pair of "Grand Tour" Oval Oils-on-Panel, third quarter 19th century, of, respectively, "The Sleeping Putto" after Baldassare Frenceschini (Italian, 1611-1689), called il Volterrano, and Elisabeth Vigee-Lebrun's "Self Portrait of the Artist at Her Easel", presented in elaborately carved giltwood frames featuring songbirds perched on bound pairs of oak leaves and acorns, each reverse with old handwritten paper labels, h. 16-1/2", w. 15".
