Printed in red and black on Japanese paper, four and three line initials supplied in blue and paragraph marks in alternating blue and red by Grail Hewitt. Original linen-backed blue paper boards, paper label on spine (small chips to paper label). Provenance: Charles Harry St. John Hornby (1867-1946) and Diana Hornby (gift inscriptions dated 1909 to:) -- Frederick Smith, 2nd Viscount Hambleden (1868-1928) and Esther Smith -- William Henry Smith, 3rd Viscount Hambleden (1903-1948; book label). LIMITED EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY from the printer Charles Harry St. John Hornby and his daughter Diana Hornby to Frederick Smith, 2nd Viscount Hambleden and his wife Esther Smith.
