Before bidding on-site, or online at https://www.invaluableauctions.com , you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. When you sign your Bidder Registration Agreement or click the "accept" button online, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Bond & Bond Auctioneers & Realty.
All bidders are required to register and give full identification prior to the beginning of the auction. Registration to bid is free. You must present satisfactory photo identification when registering to bid at the auction site (identity card, driver's license, or passport). As well as a verified credit/ debit card. Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty reserves the right to refuse the issuing of a bidding card.

No transfer will be recognized from one bidder/buyer to another.

Ownership title passes upon the fall of the Auctioneer's gavel, and thereafter the property is at the risk of the buyer, and neither the seller nor the auctioneer shall be responsible for loss or damage. All property is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", and all sales are final. Property is open to thorough public inspection.

By bidding on an item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction and acceptance of the item(s) being bid on.

No bidder shall retract their bid. Online bidding during a live auction is a fast process, and as a result, there may be no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.

Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property prior to auction.

Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty sells each and every item, property "as is, where is", with all faults. All sales are FINAL. Bidders who bid from off site and are not presented at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Catalog descriptions are for simple identification purposes only; Neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the items in our auctions. Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty shall endeavor to describe in detail the merchandise in advertising, on each item property, and vehicle and any pertinent information about it. Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect merchandise before bidding. We recommend that you visit the auction site to inspect any items you'd like to buy before bidding on auction day. You may also send someone to the site to conduct the inspection on your behalf. With an appointment to view visit by contacting our office at (956) 283-0422. The Buyer relies solely on his/her own inspection and judgment to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor when bidding. It is the bidder's responsibility Bidder agrees that everything is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" and that they may not return any item they purchase. In no event shall Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the invaluable auction feature and leave their maximum before the auction begins. Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

10% BUYER'S PREMIUM shall be added to the top bid to become part of the purchase price. BUYER'S PREMIUM DEFINITION: The Buyer's Premium is that portion of the commission(s) which is being paid by the buyer. It is clearly understood and agreed by both the buyer and the Seller that the Auctioneer and Broker represent the Seller only. (Example: A 18% buyer's premium added to a $100 high bid on an item equals a total purchase price for bidder of $118).

Deadlines and Close of Internet Bidding. Items will begin to close at a specified number of items per minute on the scheduled date and start time of the online sale closing period. The items will close in the order listed on the website. All online sales will feature our automatic extension system. If an item receives a bid within the last minute, the close time will be extended a minute from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to be extended for minute with each newly placed bid and the item will not close until a minute have elapsed with no additional bid activity. On the final day of the sale the system will tell you exactly how much time is remaining (The "Categories" view does not update automatically. Remember to hit refresh within your browser if using this view).

All bids submitted at https://www.invaluableauctions.com are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online. If you are the highest bidder and the auctioneer announces the lot as sold to you, you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final. The highest approved bidder is determined to be the buyer. You are required to use the number issued when identifying themselves as the successful bidder. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately.

Purchases must be paid in full within the time specified in the auction catalog or on the auction details.. Any items not removed by date stated shall be deemed abandoned by bidder and shall be disposed of at bidder's expense without recourse.

No item can, on any account, be removed or shipped prior to full payment (including applicable taxes or fees. Removal shall be at the expense, risk, and liability of the purchaser. Auctioneers shall not be responsible for items not removed within the time allowed when applicable. If items are not removed within the specified removal time, the purchaser shall be liable for any moving and/or storage costs incurred and, if not so removed, the items shall be deemed abandoned and sold. The purchaser will have by the time specified in the auction catalog or on the auction details in order to remove the items purchased.


Payment Forms Accepted. Successful bidders who will be picking up items in person can pay for purchases during the designated removal and payment times listed on the Sale Details page. In the event that you do not wish to pay with the credit card provided to Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty, you may pay with cash or check during the designated removal and payment time. Purchases over $2,500 may require payment via cashier's check, PCB or wire. Winning buyers with questions of how to make payment should submit a question within our Contact Form located here. Payment Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours after completion of the auction to confirm payment. Merchandise will not be released until payment is made in full. Buyer is responsible for any and all taxes, shipping cost, and arrangements and all damages incurred during removal of purchases.

Buyers are responsible to make sure they receive everything at point of pickup. Transportation of any sort must show proof of purchase or you will not be able to remove your items.

In all cases of disputed bids, the property shall be resold, but the Auctioneer will use his judgment as to the good faith of all claims, and his decision is final

If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the terms & conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses by Bond & Bond Auctioneers and Realty or in case of default, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, as well as any dollar deficiencies which may result in the resale of the property and the cost of re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Additional commissions shall be due and payable.


The above-stated Terms & Conditions of Auction cannot be altered except in writing by all parties of the contract, or by verbal changes to terms given by the Auctioneer at time of auction.

Bidder does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever, caused before, during, or after the auction.

Bidder gives permission for Auctioneer and those acting pursuant to its authority to photograph, video tape, or use any other electronic method of recording my likeness and/or voice to be used at the Auctioneer's discretion in auction-related publications and/or websites. I have read, understand and agree to accept the above-listed Terms & Conditions of auction.

TERMS OF SALE: ALL BIDDERS AND OTHERS ATTENDING THIS AUCTION AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
