Objective

Arte Subastas Bilbao S.L., aims to be an intermediary either by deposit, exhibition or auction of all kinds of art objects, jewelry, collectibles and other products, both ancient and modern.


Buyers conditions

The exhibition of the pieces to be auctioned will have a minimum duration of 7 days prior to the auction date, for the good observation of the interested parties.

Bids may be issued in the room itself during the auction, by telephone or in writing, duly completing the forms provided by the room staff.

The telephone bidding involves covering the starting price of the lots.

All bids admitted in any of its modalities will be secret.

The auction house reserves the right not to process properly accredited bids.

The auction price will increase by 18.6% as fees, together with the corresponding taxes.

In the event that there are two bids in writing with the same value, the one made with the previous date will have priority. Arte Subastas Bilbao S.L. reserves the right to decide the award of a lot in the event of a problem. The auctioneer designated by Arte Subastas Bilbao S.L. will be the sole judge regarding the award of the lots and their auction prices. Repeating the auction of the lot in the same session or in a later session if necessary.

Bids are established according to the following scale and others are not accepted:

. From € 200 to € 500: € 25
. From € 500 to € 1,000: € 50
. From € 1,000 to € 2,000: € 100
. From € 2,000 to € 5,000: € 250
. From € 5,000 to € 10,000: € 500
. From € 10,000 to € 20,000: € 1,000
. From € 20,000 to € 50,000: € 2,500
. From € 50,000 to € 100,000: € 5,000
. From € 100,000 to € 200,000: € 10,000
. From € 200,00 to € 500,000: € 25,000
. From € 500,000 onwards...: € 50,000

The information of the lots published in the catalog respond to the criteria of Arte Subastas Bilbao S.L., and as such criteria, they should not be taken as fact. Buyers should form their own opinion before the auction, so the objects to be auctioned will be publicly displayed at least 7 days in advance. Arte Subastas Bilbao S.L. The payment and withdrawal of the lots will be made within a period not exceeding seven days from the auction, being the buyer's expense for shipping and packaging thereof. Only bank transfer without shared costs is accepted as a type of payment. The client will have to make the full payment without making use of the shared cost. We do not accept credit or debit card payments, or Paypal.

Once this period has elapsed without the buyer having withdrawn the lot or lots purchased, they will accrue custody and storage costs of € 5 per day per lot. Arte Subastas Bilbao S.L. It is not responsible for any damage caused to the parts after this period.

The lots acquired by the buyers will be delivered in the same state of the exhibition, not being accepted claims about possible damages, breakages, restorations, etc... although they have not been reflected in the catalog. It is very important to ask for photographs of its condition before it is acquired at auction.

It is recommended to those interested in bidding for a lot in the auction, and who could not visit the exhibition, to contact the management of the auction house to be informed of the state of conservation of the same.
