Notes

Thomas Corneille (1625-1709), French playwright who wrote Bertrand de Cigaral (1650), Timocrate (1656), Ariane (1672), Circé (1675), Bellerophon (1679). He was the younger brother of Pierre Corneille (1604-1684).
