circa 1705, movement and case associated 11-inch dial with double cherub and crown spandrels linked by engraved foliate scrolls, signed Tho Baker, Blandford , matted centre with seconds dial, ringed winding holes and engraved calendar aperture, the movement with four ring-turned and knopped pillars, internal locking plate striking on a bell, the associated case with flat top and moulded cornice above a pierced foliate fret and turned hood pilasters, the rectagular trunk door with a lenticle, the reduced plinth with a later base, the door, sides and plinth inlaid with broad banding
