Condition Report

Relined, zig zag crack in pigment in cloud near center edge. Areas of uneven varnish and some fine craquelure in clouds. UV: Extensive area of restoration in water, sky and clouds along left side of work, in brown horse, in white horse and yolk, large area in sail at left. Scattered areas of retouching of figures and animals in foreground, in trees and in clouds at right.
Frame: Gilded, with lappet and tongue inner border, fluted outer cove molding.
