Condition Report

The board appears sound. There is minor frame abrasion around the extreme edges with a few small flecks of loss in places. There is a possible small fleck of loss near the centre towards the upper edge. There is a light scratch in the lower left quadrant with very small associated flecks of loss, only visible upon close inspection. There are very light surface scratches elsewhere in places, thought to be in keeping with the Artist's technique. There is some light surface dirt in places and some studio detritus. Subject to the above the work appears to be in excellent overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching. The work is held within a painted wood frame.
