COMPLETENESS,CONDITION OF PROPERTY OR ITS VALUE all measurements are approximates. 5-For all residence of Florida 7% sales tax will be added to the invoice.

U.S. domestic transactions up to $5,000.00 . We accept bank wire transfers, bank check for all international transactions and we accept credit cards processed thru PAYPAL for all international transaction up to $2,500.00 If there is ever a case for a refund bidders are responsible for shipping cost, and returning the item in same condition as sent, moreover under no circumstances will the buyer premium be refunded..

7-A range of estimates including a high and low estimates, such estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling price or resale price.

8- Payment is due immediately after invoicing of sale. COHCO reserves the right to pursue all collection methods to secure payment including but not limited to referring matter to a collection agency or commencing legal action. Moreover Cohco reserves the right to report such non paying bidder to various credit reporting agencies and to charge a late fee of up to 1 1/2 % per month, as permitted by law.Additionally PURCHASER is responsible to pay any & all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees

9 Shipping - it is the buyers responsibility to arrange shipping. As a courtesy to the buyer Cohco may arrange shipping on the buyer's behalf F.O.B. BOYNTON BEACH, FL.,the cost of which will be added to the invoice ALL SUCH ITEMS ARE TO BE CONSIDERED DELIVERED UPON IN PERSON PICK-UP OR PICKED UP BY A COMMON CARRIER ON BEHALF OF THE BUYER-All such shipping over $250.00 will require insurance and signature confirmation of delivery. Any items not picked up within 14 days of end of auction will be delivered to storage on behave of buyer at buyer's cost and expense, with buyer hereby agrees to pay for such costs and expenses and thereafter shall be treated pursuant to the laws of the STATE OF FLORIDA,U.S.A.
The buyer shall remain liable for any item lost or damaged during shipping. The buyer is responsible for any and all import fees which may be imposed .
