(33.7 x 25.4cm.) and smaller (6) ENGRAVED Atlas Zoologique, pls. 46, 47, 50, 61, 63 and 65. Atlas Historique, II, pl.57 EXHIBITION Paris, 1962, no. 350 (the first watercolour). NOTES The fish, all caught on the voyage and drawn on the spot by Taunay off Rawak, and the Caroline Islands, 1818-1819. The specimens include Labre Arago, named after Jacques Arago, the Baliste Medinilla named for the governor of the Mariannes and the Aspisure Lamarche, named for the first lieutenant.
