Marked Khlebnikov with the Imperial warrant, with the workmaster's mark of Julius Rappoport, St. Petersburg, circa 1890
Tapering cylindrical, the colorless glass body with faceted sides, with two pierced silver bands supporting a trompe l'oeil twisted rope scroll handle and thumb-piece, engraved '126 K', the hinged domed cover cast and chased to simulate a cockle shell, surmounted by a finial in the form of crossed anchors, fully marked
