Depicting a portrait of the French painter looking to the dexter, wearing a full-bottom wig and swirling draperies, raised on a square coved socle, signed on back Caffieri.

Good condition with typical minor abrasion. Some chips to folded edges of drapery. Brown discoloration over 60% of surface. Face and right shoulder draperies have a lighter appearance, probably through having been cleaned sometime ago.
