A GREEN-GLAZED BRUSH REST

Qing Dynasty

Rising from a low pedestal base, the body in the form of a
shan character formed as a brush rest and covered with an apple-green glaze of fine crackle, the underside unglazed showing the high-fired stoneware body.


4in (10.2cm) high

Generally, in excellent overall condition. A few minute nibbles to extremities but unobtrusive. Recommended.
