Description

Model number 1714 from the Eickhorn Field Marshal Series, Solingen
Very beautiful nickel-plated blade with maker's logo on the ricasso. The blade spine and both sides richly etched with foliage. Obverse features panel flanked by army eagles and displaying assaulting infantry and machine gunners. The knuckle-bow hilt with raised oak leaf decoration and retaining most of the fire gilding. The obverse languet bears an army eagle and the reverse a vacant monogram cartouche. Black plastic grip with wire winding. Black lacquered steel scabbard (light scratches). Officer's portepee with signs of usage. Length 95 cm.
Very beautiful condition.
