signed and identifed with an inscription on the back: ‘F. Delaistre. L’Amour qui
conduit L’Amiti a himen qui la couronne,’ the dial signed F. Berthoud Paris and
inscribed under the dial ‘L’Heure est venue’ 25 in. (63.5 cm.) high, 18 5/8 in. (47.25 cm.) wide, 6 in. (16.5 cm.) deep
