By registering to bid on this auction you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. All items are sold AS-IS, all sales are final. There are not warranties or representations of merchantability of any other kind. E-Treasure Land offers all photos for bidders to review and make their own conclusions about the piece. None of the property in this catalog is subject to any guarantee of authenticity or provenance, all of the property is sold as-is. Buyer shall not rely on the item description, photos, provenance information, documents in any part, buyer must rely only on his own opinions and research of all items. All items can be examined before bidding. Images descriptions are our opinions, there are not construed as a guarantee of any kind as to time, condition, materials, provenance or any other feature of items being sold. We suggest bidders to check all items in which they have an interest. If you have uncertainties about items, we suggest you not bid on the item . We do not refund. All sales are final. No statement is written or oral made by the auctioneer or any employee of E-Treasure Land shall be deemed a warranty or assumption of liability by E-Treasure Land or by any seller represented by E-Treasure Land.
2. The buyer must complete and sign a registration form and provide ID before bidding. We may require a bank or other financial references. A photo ID and Credit Card will be copied for record. E-Treasure Land has the right at our complete discretion, to refuse admission to the premises or participation in any auction and to reject any bid. For first time bidders, international bidders or bidders with poor credit and history records, we will ask a $1000 deposit holding from their registered credit card to get approval for bidding with us. This is not a real charge, just hold to guarantee there are enough funds in the account. If a buyer doesn't win, the money will still stay on your account.
3. Successful bidders will receive an invoice by email within 24-64 hours. Payment is due in Ten (10) business days after the ending of sale. If a buyer fails to pay within 10 days, E-Treasure Land reserves the right to enforce payment by charging the credit card on file for the total amount on the invoice. We accept cash, check, money order, PayPal and wire transfer for American payment. For PayPal, we will charge a 4.5% transaction fee. We do not accept the International card to make payment. For international payment, we only accept wire transfer. For all wire transfer, you need to add $30 USD bank service fee on the top of the invoice amount.
4. California sales tax applies to all California residents. If you possess a Sellers Permit, please tell our Customer Service Department and email a copy so we can adjust the sales tax accordingly. International buyers are responsible for tariffs, taxes, or assessments of shipped items to the buyer's country. Items shipped out of state may not be subject to sales tax.
5. Sometimes you may notice that an item is re-listed. This can be many reasons. We cannot guarantee that our items are unique. You may see other similar products on other auction houses.
6. All buyers will pay 27% buyers premium. E-Treasure Land reserves the right to charge up to 30% non-refundable deposit fee to customers who make purchases in excess of $5000.
7. We do not provide in-house Packing and Shipping. We will provide our shipper list to our customers after our auction. The buyer should contact transport company to pick up. The buyer is responsible for all costs of the shipment, including but not limited, pickup, packing, handling, and shipping fees. E-Treasure Land is in no way responsible for any loss, damage or delay from the packing or shipping of any property.
8. All property purchased from E-Treasure Land must be removed within 60 days after the auction date. E-Treasure Land is not responsible for paid items left for over 60 days after the auction date (unless a prior agreement has been made). Items left after 60 days will incur a $5/day storage fee per item.
9. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the United States, such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Denial or delay of licensing will not constitute cancellation or delay in payment for the total purchase price of these lots.
10. Any person or entity submitting a bid to any auction represents, warrants, and covenants that he/she/it is subject to service of process in the State of California and that it will remain so subject so long as these Terms and Conditions are in effect. If for any reason any person or entity should not be so subject, said person or entity hereby designates and appoints, without revocation, the Secretary of the State of California as its agent upon whom he/she/it may be served with all process, pleadings, notices, or other papers which may be served as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Moreover, any person or entity submitting a bid specifically and irrevocably: (a) agrees that any suit, action, or other legal proceedings arising out of this agreement may be brought in the courts of record of the State of California, County of Santa Barbara; (b) consents to the jurisdiction of each such court in any such suit, action, or proceeding; and (c) waives any objection to the laying of venue of any such suit, action, or proceeding in any of such courts.
11. Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of these Terms of Sale. If a purchaser breaches any of these Terms of Sale, including the obligation to pay for purchased items, E-Treasure Land may seek all remedies under the law.
