A 1554 dated oak Southern Netherlands (Antwerp?) cupboard / bahut, H 174,5 - W 159,5 - D 67 cm
The top door panels delicately sculpted with profile portraits, the other panels with nearly high relief arabesque ornaments

Condition Report

- in an acceptable condition
- the back probably replaced in the18thC and the lower rail of the latter renewed on a later date
- the top plinth on the right and a part of the right side of the front plinth were restored
- the locking plinth of the lower doors 20thC
- the back left and right foot restored; also visible at the sides
- the mid-stile of the left lower side restored
- the lower rail of the left side restored/renewed
