Bidder is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. Treasureseeker is not responsible for any damage incurred by shippers or delivery agents.

Items must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of auction. On the 11th day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to charge storage fee of $25 per item per day. On the 31st day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to resell the item, under bidder's name, at 35% commission, no minimums, no reserves.

9.25% California sales tax will be charged to buyers residing within the state unless we are provided valid resale tax documentation.
