The internet charge of 3% is levied by Invaluable for use of their bidding platform. This will also be applied to the total regardless of payment method used.

Buyers Responsibility
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY On the fall of the hammer or in the customary manner, title to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, subject to the conditions set forth herein, and such bidder there upon assumes full risk and responsibility for the article. Our employees will exercise caution in handling the goods but do so at the buyer's risk.
ALL GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED WARRANTY It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to examine items and decide their level of interest. Neither the auctioneer, consignor, or seller are responsible for the accuracy of any printed, written or verbal description. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF LOTS IN OUR AUCTION. We will do our best to answer all your questions and describe any discrepancy noted. All items must be picked up no later than 1:00 pm June 1, 2014. Any item left may be charged a storage fee. We will work will all buyers to prevent this. We will assist everyone with shipping at the lowest cost possible. We will use your choice of shipper or if you prefer our shipper at the lowest possible to you.
